It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I strongly recommend Tranquility Healing and or Tanja McCarty Shelley and her “Singing Bowls” therapy. For years I’ve suffered with Diabetes. ADHD, Hypothyroidism, Severe injury to my Spine and Depression and a Heart Condition. I was in a serious rut. I was seeing all of the drs. and taking all of the meds. The meds helped somewhat but so still never felt good and I had a difficult time overcoming the depression. That is until I began attending Tanja’s or Tranquility Healing’s sessions on a weekly basis. I cannot begin to tell you I how I instantly enjoyed the sessions. Tanja is not only pleasant and professional, attending one of her sessions is like going to visit a beloved sister. She’s always pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring. After going every week for about a month or month and a half I began noticing my many of my body aches and pains had lessened. My old personality began coming back. That is to say my disposition was lighter. I was becoming less depressed and beginning to laugh on a regular basis. I kept going for many months until I, unfortunately moved out of the area. After nearly a year of her wonderful weekly sessions, which are reasonably priced, I was overall feeling better in every way My Diabetes, ADHD, blood pressure and Heart Disease were greatly improved with the meds my drs were giving me along with the “Singing Bowls” sessions like never before. My heart Disease is almost fully recovered, And I’m actually feeling as if my batteries have been recharged on a daily basis. Its been so many years that I’ve had any energy I cannot begin to tell you I honestly believe that Tanja’s “Singing Bowls” sessions have truly worked miracles on my overall physical and mental health in every aspect. I personally enjoy Tanja’s sessions in combination with Dan and Jasmine Scheppele’s EES room. It is truly a privilege to recommend Tanja and her Tranquility Healing business to everyone in the world. " I decided to try a sound bath because at the moment, my stress levels/worry surrounding my family is really high right now. I really wasn't sure what to expect, I was hoping for a bit of relaxation. What I experienced was so much more. I had the tuning forks done first, then the relaxing sound bath. I could feel my body relax as Tanja worked her magic with the Tuning Forks. At the time, I was experiencing lower back pain on the right side, tense shoulders, I get migraines and I have a couple of medical conditions surrounding my stomach area. I could feel the tension leave my body, shoulders and back relax. Next was the soundbath. I could see colors, pink, yellow, orange and what I can only describe as cloud shapes. I also got really hungry at one point, bit it didn't last long. My granddaughters face appeared, then I felt like I was in my happy place and completely relaxed. I may have even fell asleep at one point, but it's hard to tell, as I felt like I was transported. Almost like an out of body experience. I also saw what was like a star/cross shape shining bright, then more clouds. I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. My back and neck pain/tension was gone and so far it hasn't come back. That was a week or two ago. I set up another appointment for a month out from my first session. I'm looking forward to it. I would highly recommend this for anyone that needs some relaxation from their busy lives."
